Why I got into real estate.
–
Before my career in real estate, I was studying chemistry at Rutgers University. Thanks to both of my parents having Masters Degrees in the STEM fields, I got to spend my weekday evenings as an 8-year-old doing math problems. A growing appreciation for analytical and critical thinking led me towards a passion for chemistry. By my 3rd year at University, I realized that a career focused in Math or Science would not lead to the fairy tale that I envisioned – having a state-of-the-art lab where I work on science fiction projects. As I was considering a new career trajectory, my roommate told me that a real estate broker from Jersey City gave a presentation in his business class and said it could be a great part-time option for college students. Two months later, we both passed the real estate exam and joined Weichert Realtors in Jersey City.

What made me continue my real estate career.
–
After spending a few months trying to understand the real estate industry, I realized that there was a complete lack of data, analytics, and systems. I dedicated all of my time learning market trends, financial models, and anything that ties back to real estate. What I didn’t understand a decade ago was the size and involvement of the real estate market in global financial systems. The more that I learned, the more I wanted to go further. It perfectly filled my constant urge to find patterns, create systems, and run calculations. Now, after 10 years of consistently learning local and global factors affecting real estate, I can confidently say that I haven’t even scratched the surface.
Having become one of the top selling agents in Jersey City and Hoboken, I utilize my strong analytical and financial skills to create thorough and secure transactions for my clients. I strive to provide the highest level of client service and am heavily involved at every stage of the process, making sure my clients execute on the most informed decision.
